Be together with your horse
But I am together with my horse you might say. Are you mentally, emotionally and psysically together? Are you sharing space together? Can he hear you whisper? The smaller aids the more connection.
Stay calm and relaxed
Everything comes from and returns to relaxation. If your horse is tense physically, emotionally or mentally you need to focus on that first.
Are YOU relaxed in your whole body? Are you in the "NOW"

Rhythm is everything
When we are learning to dance together with our horse we need to be rhythmic and soft.

How I started
I came across Long reining when I went to the Cadre Noir in the Loire walley in France. My mentor was Philippe Karl and he taught me so much about this way of training a horse.
After that I had other instructors, natural dressage, natural horsemanship and a lot of reading books.
Now I created my own way of teaching both long reining and dressage.
I co-operate with the horse in a way the horse can understand and be willing to be my partner. The more relationship the more willingness.
I wan't to do excersises together with my horse, not just telling him what to do.
I want your training to become a dance where you both appreciate and feel good about what you are doing together.
